Small Shawls

There are a number of nice patterns for small shawls available on Ravelry using one, two or even three skeins of fingering weight yarn. I already posted about the Geology and Ludlow patterned shawls that I have done and wanted to share my Typhoon shawl as well.

Typhoon is a crescent shaped shawl using two skeins of fingering yarn, one of self-striping or similarly dyed yarn, one of solid or semi-solid yarn, and constructed using short rows for the self-striping yarn sections. This shawl used one skein of Fishknits Strong Heart in Kingman Blue and one skein of Fishknits Warm Heart in Morning Glories. It was an enjoyable knit and worked up fairly quickly. I will most likely knit another one in the near future.
